Using an inter-disciplinary approach, healthcare professionals strive to provide individualized, quality care plans, and outcomes maximizing the person’s functional potential in a timely and cost-effective manner
The treatment plans are designed to address difficulty walking, speaking, remembering, performing personal care, returning to work/school, or getting around the community. The goal of the therapy is to maximize the individual’s potential to live independently within their own home or community.
