- The New Birth Experience at JFK Memorial includes a tour of the Department, a nurse that can answer questions on a variety of topics including providing important information to help your prepare for the upcoming birth of your new baby. Information to prepare you for breastfeeding your newborn is a focal point of this information. - Sweet Success is a JFK sponsored diabetic education program for pregnant patients only. If your physician refers you to this program you will be seen by a registered nurse that is specially trained to help you manage your diabetes and help keep your baby safe. Eva Lua is the Program Coordinator and can be reached at 760-775-2607.
- High Risk Infant Follow Up Clinic (H.R.I.F.U) - This is a special clinic that sees infants discharged from the NICU that were identified for special follow up. They are seen by a nurse, an occuprational therapist and a neonatologist. To confirm or change your appointment call 760-775-8481.
