Conveniently located in the heart of Indio, on the JFK campus, Outpatient Rehabilitation Services (Occupational Therapy; Physical Therapy; Speech Therapy) offers a wide range of programs for persons’ of all ages. Using an inter-disciplinary approach, healthcare professionals strive to provide individualized, quality care plans, and outcomes maximizing the person’s functional potential in a timely and cost-effective manner

The treatment plans are designed to address difficulty walking, speaking, remembering, performing personal care, returning to work/school, or getting around the community. The goal of the therapy is to maximize the individual’s potential to live independently within their own home or community

• Physician referral
• Medically stable
• No hospitalization required
